Image Integration in Codiumate Chat

Overview

Image Integration in Codiumate chat allows users to paste images directly into the chat. This feature is available when no focus is selected, and Coding-Agent modes, enhancing interactivity and providing valuable visual context to discussions.

Semi-Pro feature

Using images in the chat is available to all users in Coding-Agent mode, and is exclusively available to Teams and Enterprise users in Free-Chat mode.

Using Image Integration

  1. Start a Chat: Open a session in Free Chat or Coding Agent mode.
  2. Upload an Image: Click on the + button and choose Upload a PNG from computer, or paste your image into the chat window.
  3. Engage: Add your request - ask specific questions or request actions such as code generation or diagram interpretation.

Examples of Usage

Flowcharts and Schematics

  • Visual Interpretation: Upload flowcharts or schematics into the chat. The Coding Agent can analyze these visuals to provide insights or feedback.
  • Code Conversion: Request the Coding Agent to convert diagrams into executable code, streamlining the transition from design to development.

UI Design

  • Code Generation: Upload an image of your UI design and ask for the corresponding React code, or any other framework code. The Coding Agent will generate the necessary code snippets to develop your design.
